Write to your local authority to have one installed.<\/p>\n<p>You can simply write them this letter:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>To whom it may concern,<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>I am writing to you as a committed recycler and concerned resident. Recycling is an issue that is<\/em><br \/>\n<em>close to my heart. However, it is also something that affects all of us. Recycling gives our resources<\/em><br \/>\n<em>another life which helps protect the environment.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Unfortunately, I have noticed that there is no bottle bank in my neighbourhood.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>I am therefore writing to ask if you would be willing to install one.
